Tereska Lynam started Aurora Executive Consulting (AEC) as a response to the urgent need for a hybrid of coaching and consulting services she observed in all industries as a result of her experience as a management consultant and a financier.
Experience:
Tereska has over 20 years experience in financial services, marketing, and management consulting. Prior to starting Aurora Executive Consulting, she held senior executive positions at global companies, including JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. She has consulted for companies such as Neiman Marcus, Fidelity Investments, and Ralston Purina, as well as many small businesses and non-profit organizations.
Education:
Tereska Lynam has her MBA in Finance, Marketing, and Non-Profit Management from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. She also has an MSt in Theology, Study of Religion, from the University of Oxford, England. She received her BA in Economics from Washington University in St Louis.
Tereska is a Certified Professional Coach from ICA – International Coach Academy and a member of the International Coaching Federation, the only governing body of coaches.
